Martha Sapiro is a native San Franciscan, and graduated cum laude from Pine Manor College in Massachusetts with a BA in Broadcast Communications. After graduating, Martha moved back to the Bay Area, where she has worked on several independent films as a PA, sound assistant and set decorator assistant.

Martha's family has long-standing ties to Guam, and Martha has visited the Marianas several times. Currently she is also working as a production intern for the Sean Penn film Assassination of Richard Nixon, and interning at Nina Henninger International Casting Talent. She is interested in pursuing a career in editing.
